Radiatek specialises in semiconductor radiation detectors and materials, with a range of CdTe/CZT and silicon detectors for X-ray and gamma spectroscopy, charged particle, and neutron detection.

We source detector materials from a range of leading material suppliers worldwide, and offer a selection of high performance detectors for spectroscopy applications. Detectors are supplied on our unique modular cards or TO-8 headers, for easy inter-change and connection to industry-standard preamplifiers and instrumentation.
